Topping Brie Apple Pecan

Apple & Pecan Brie Toppings. An easy to make, delicious snack that's perfect for any occasion. 

What you Need:
1 Pouch of Apple & Pecan Brie Topping Mix
20 ml (4 tsp) orange juice or liqueur
225 g (8 oz) small round brie/Camembert 
1 baguette, sliced thinly

What to do:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Score the top rind of the cheese with a knife OR remove the top rind, leaving the rind on the sides and bottom intact. Place cheese cut side up in a ceramic baker or skillet. Pour toppings pouch into a small, microwave safe bowl, then add orange juice or liqueur. Microwave for 60 seconds. Spread prepared toppings over the cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with baguette slices.
